"Botifarra catalana trufada"

This typical Catalan cured sausage is made using 100% lean meat and we finish it off with truffle and Priorat “vi ranci” (a traditional wine similar to sherry in terms of the winemaking process). This is wrapped in sow’s intestine and is very characteristic.
