Air dried sausage "Teu Noi"

Our “secallona” (air dried sausage) is ideal for light snacks or with vermouth, before lunch. It is small in diameter with just enough salt. We call it “secallona del teu noi”, because our regular customers started asking mother for it in this way. They wanted to make sure that they were being served the “secallona” made on the premises rather than the other ones available in the shop.
